Probably isn't the best place to ask this question but maybe someone might know.
I started this diet and I need to eat a protein and a carb 6 times a day. I recently bought some top round steak and ate that for dinner yesterday and today and it is delicious, i could eat it every day if it was ok.
Is there anything bad about having steak every day? It would be the only red meat I eat daily.
