Anyone else concerned that, if this is indeed the Dali, that they have a picture from 1999 of what looks like a bridge or crane section on top of it. Is this a regular occurrence with this ship?

Never mind, tracking shows it was in lane before loss of power, kind of surprised it can drift sideways that much. Unless there is some maelstrom under water.
Each time the lights went out in that video, they lost the ability to change rudder position.
