you have to have an actual invitation from an employee to get the discount at the stores. not valid on past purchases. but with the friends and family code (which is usually the same one used in the past - you'll find them if you search the right sites) you can use it online. also, great to have the luxe accout - free shipping and free alterations always.

Most of you should look at this as a Gap or Banana Republic deal.

For in-store, for all brands, you need an actual invitation.

For online, for Old Navy, coupon code is one-time use. Banana Republic and Gap have generic codes.

i'm pretty sure that banana have employee discounts, and if you're a "friend and familiy", why not just tell your family member to buy the item for you??? the employee discount is year round as long as u still work at banana.
