Band setup - how to stream audio/video

Stuck on how to set this up. We need to send audio/video to 2 locations. Edit: Not everyone will fit in room 1.

There will be band playing in room 1 (full audio setup - mixer, amps, speakers, etc).

We wanted to use an iPad to AirPlay (via AppleTV) the video to rooms 2 & 3.
Room 2 - 50 ft away from room 1 (will have large LCD TV)
Room 3 - 100 ft away from room 1 (will have large LCD TV)

There is hdmi (over ethernet) run from room 1 to room 2, and also from room 1 to room 3. In room 1 there is a HDMI splitter (where Apple TV will be plugged into) so both room 2 and 3 can receive the same signal.

Not sure how to get audio from room 1 to 2 and 3. Long speaker cables coming from the mixer/amp?

If we use the iPad mic (if even possible over AirPlay) I'm sure the audio will be terrible coming out of the LCD TV's in rooms 2 & 3.

Unfortunately, if I had been brought into this at the beginning, I would of had them run speaker cable along with the ethernet throughout the building.

Any other options? Maybe iPad to mixer (Mackie 22 channel), then speaker out to some sort of wireless transmitter and then have wireless speakers (which we don't have, but would buy if needed) in rooms 2 & 3.

You can have a SONOS PLAY setup, it will be expensive though... how big are room 2 and 3?

Room 2 is 15x30, Room 3 is 25x50.

Room 1 is an auditorium.
