Hey was wanting to know if resistance bands would be a good alternative to weight lifting for muscle gain? I am getting a bit tiresome of weight lifting and as always I want to keep my muscles guessing.. but I need a little clarification... will resistance bands provide enough resistance to get me big muscles or will they lag behind weights on this? Should I stick to weight or not? I was gonna buy the 90lbs ones from over here I dont know what that would be in equivalent of bench pressing for example.. if that like a just a 90lb bench press or what... anyone know?
