Bank systerm failed to deposit my money

Hi there

I deposited 600 on my account on savings which was closed and it deos not show up on my account. Money lost on system on BoA. I deposited by using ATM I have receipt for that. I called the bank they said me that account was closed by it was linked to my debit card. Thing I worried that I might have deposited money before and money does not come to my account. It was stolen by system....
What I can do in these situation.????

Go to the bank, bring your receipts, talk to a manager.

I deposit 3000 cash into the boa atm once because the bank was closed.. it did not hit my account but I had an receipt and I used the bank phone right there without leaving. They counted the money next morning (sat) and credited it into my account.

BOA sucks ass, hence the problem.

Bring your receipt, go into the branch. They will be able to find the record and verify the balance in the ATM. You get your deposit. Problem solved.

I think what he said was that he deposited the money into a closed account.
