AL East is basically NY/TB/BOS. It's gonna be 2 out those 3 in the playoffs.
I think the 3 are close enough that it really doesn't matter.
What you said about the Red Sox can apply to the other two teams as well.

yeah that's pretty bad. Lots of people picking them to win the central too. I was extremelly happy to see the Twins hang 12 on the soxs last night =)

Swisher actually struck out Gabe Kapler. lawl He seems to have a permanent smile on his face too. Goofy guy but he seems to just enjoy life.

Mets pitching is worrisome at the moment for me. Pelfrey is stinkin up the joint and Ollie Perez is Ollie Perez. Mets are hitting well enough. Whats up with Jody Gerut killing the Mets all the time. lol Might as well call him Jody Willie Mays Gerut! Heath Bell also enjoyed getting the first save recorded at Citi Field since he hates the Mets organization. Dug the first cat sighting too last night..

Haha Swisher. I saw former Red Sox infielder/sometimes outfielder Dave McCarty pitch once. Two innings, 1 hit, 1 K, no walks, no runs, I believe.

Speaking of the Red Sox, they're certainly off to a terrible start. Maybe the AL East race is going to be between Toronto and Baltimore after all.

Baltimore escapes game 1 of their series with Texas, 10-9. It appears we're going to have to score 10+ runs per game to make up for our crappy pitching. Woo!
