Very clean wiring job! You have the heasink mounted incorrectly though. You should have it oriented so that the fan blows the air from the right to the left.
Because, depending on the orientation of that fan, you're sucking air from right on top of the video card and blowing it through the fins or trying to suck air though the fins which doesn't work nearly as well as blowing air directly across them.
I hope you did a ghetto install with the DVD drive just sitting there next to the case and hooked up by the SATA and power cables. You're not a true enthusiast until you've run a computer with its guts spilling out. :awe:

I've run it the way you have mentioned before.. but this time I left it in there because I realized I would need it down the road for when some games come out
