1. Get his address which has already been covered.
2. Use an unsecured network, go to the usps site and have his mail forwarded
3. Find his car
a. crimp the fuel lines in a few places
b. pour paint stripper on the car
c. shove a welding rod through the radiator to stop the fan or tear holes in it
d. potato in muffler

Thermite is very easy to make. A fist sized glob of that on his hood will burn a hole clear through his hood, engine block, oil pan, and right into the floor of the parking lot.

Yeah, but he might never realize exactly what happened. He might think a meteor struck his truck. I like QuitBanningMe's suggestions, a shock and awe approach. That guy would walk out into his driveway one morning, and his vehicle would be totalled. Perhaps scratch "Revenge" on his door so he knows what it's all about.

someone pissed me off... wot go into that now.. but to get him back... here is what i did:
Took one gallon of white paint. Opened it. Placed a large piece of carboard over the top. Placed the can of paint on the roof of their car and slowly slid the cardboard out.
