So what....you could call the police? Most of the time I have a witness that will say you attacked me. If I don't with current road rage incidents I would say it is much more believable that the guy that jumped out of the car to yell at someone who took his space was the aggressor.


If you just feel you could beat my ass that would be determined after you got hit.

3) If a fight had occured the likelihood of the police getting involved is pretty slim... not to mention there were a billion people standing around including some guy who stopped his car to watch the argument.

It isn't my e-penis. Just pointing out what I would have done (on both sides) if in the situation. Which is another reason why jumping out and yelling isn't wise ......you might just meet someone who doesn't give a fvck.

Well not to many people yell at me and I am stupid enough to hit them if I feel at all threatened. It isn't like I have scalps laying around for proof though so take it for what you will.

I don't see how you did anything wrong, other than maybe not considering this fwad would try to get some revenge. My advice, call the police, file a report. In more cases than not, when someone from the police calls to followup on the report, he'll apologize and swear he'll pay to fix it.

The downside is if he denies it to the cops, you probably won't win in small claims court without a witness. But your honestly no worse off than now.

As for the suggestion you simply report it to your insurance and get it fixed, I don't see how YOU should be paying the deductable for this guys behaviour/damage.
