Spark plugs, my friend. To any and all windows at his house and car. Easy to throw, so you can do the drive-by thing late at night. You'll be gone before he even knows what's broken.

Chances are if he was @$$ enough to take the space, he's also rubbed a ton of other people the wrong way. He'll never be able to finger you.

Here's what you do - urinate in a two liter coke bottle until you fill it. While you are finding his address, let it ferment. After about two weeks take it and dump it in the vents at the top of his windshield. In two years he won't get the stink out.
