I'm afraid to test them out on 3D Mark because I'm certain the computer will blow up and catch fire if I try.

Anybody have any idea which of these two perform better?

Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950 (GMA950) is an integrated mobo solution found on ECS 945GCT/1333, btw.

Just a guess, but my lady friend has it in her laptop. Trackmania plays just fine on it.

You put enough CPU behind that software vertex engine in the GMA 950 and it might just be a match for the GF 6200LE. Does that ECS board support QX9650?

If you run 3D mark, you'll see that G965 is not much pity

BUT if you then compare with real gaming after 3Dmarked, G965 is pathetic

because this weakling just masters on 3D mark

GF6200LE, though extreme lack of performance, yet too powerful to compete with G965

I say at this level you not looking to game so 950 wins, uses far less power to run and save to cash in electricity. Excellent!

Well what do you know? There actually IS a benchmark comparing the two. Thanks for the "hard" numbers that show how the GMA is even slower than the 6200 even though the comparison is on a mobile platform.
