Yea I rented Hardline because I couldn't get into the online aspect of it. The single player started off alright and then it just got wacky and I didn't even have the nerve to push through it. I think the second and 3rd games had campaigns that somewhat kept me playing to the end.BF hardline's single player kept me interested for about an hour. Longer than any other I've played.
I think one of the bad company games had an ok single player mode but I didn't check it out.
How many people do you all think will play Battlefield 1 ? Do you think it will be more than Battlefield 4 ?

i have Test this BF 1, it is only Arcade gaming, totally boring for play and waste made. The game isnt Mod able, you cannot create a own Mod game on BF1, because there is no Battlecraft editor delivered. And it is only a fictive war, not a real WW1, you can put it to these game to the cyber punk genre. Yeah the graphics looks awesome, but the gaming and feeling in the vehicle is ugly.
Keep in mind that most people that play FPS like Battlefield don't want the ARMA threatment with a slower more tactic pace. You may not like it but alot of people do just like alot prefer the ARMA/SQUAD of this world.
Battlefield has a knack for ease of access, anyone can get good at flying a plane or driving a tank in an hour, that is one of the reason people like it.
If you have your old Battlefield 1942 CD i can recommend you the Battlefield 1918 v3.1 Mod, it is the real WW 1 simulation, ok it has no modern graphics and no destroyable areas.
But is graphics and destroyable areas all in gaming today? If do you want enjoy the real feeling of the planes, ships, tanks, war in the trenches, you have to get Battlefield 1918 3.1 its the one and only Ego-Shooter simulation for WW 1 Fans!

paperfist, did you play the beta? That should give you an idea of how the weapons work.
I played and still have all of the Medal of Honors. The games now are much more complex.
I also fool around with flight sims and Rise of Flight and now Il 2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad are my favorites.
BF1 has done a neat thing of incorporating tanks, planes, horses and infantry into a single game. I'm sure other games have done similar things but I found what they did to be a lot of fun. In addition the WWI storyline is fascinating.
Hi guys. I bought a radeon 480 last night and got an email offer for bf 1. It says if i redeem before oct 18th ill get access to bf 1 3 days early and get additional battlepacks. If i redeem after oct 21 ill get deluxe edition upgrade. Does that mean the same thing but ill get in 3 days early if i apply the code before the 18th? Just wondering which offer is better. Sorry not too up to date on this game.
