Is there anyway to change it so ping works like it does in other games ?
Maybe it's doing client to client ping instead of server ping.
My ping has always shown in BF1; alpha, beta and now trial. Its definitely server ping and not client to client, as my US east and west coast servers ping exactly as they should.
Although I have a BF4 friend whose ping does not show when he is playing on his college campus wifi.

Yup they did the first player game differently this time. Apparently each time you die, you just move on to the next soldier. Previously if you died you just started over. It gives a new spin to the war being a game and all.I only was able to setup all my options and controls last night and play that little single player intro (which was pretty cool and cinematic) cause I had to get some sleep before work today but at least I'm ready to roll for multiplayer. And singleplayer seems like it'll be pretty frickin cool if that intro was any indication. ME GUSTA
Do we know that new maps that will be coming require a season pass? All I saw between the standard and deluxe editions was just skins and items available as a perk for getting the deluxe.
I didn't see anything about expansion packs included just extra items and that maps released will be first offered to those with those editions early. Yup seems only the ultimate edition includes the dlc pass. I was looking between the deluxe and original but the only differences I saw were access on the 18th and some items/skins. I'm still waiting for my GMG BF1 key also...Not yet Got my Civ 6 key a couple days ago and pre-loaded that. I expect EA games to not be as advance in release.
