The auto bans don't work? I constantly see people getting banned in the chat window when I play. I think I'm at over 30 hours too but haven't gotten bored yet.The forest level is probably the best bet. Camp near a trail and spam gas/rifle grenades. Or do what everyone else does and get a rifle with a scope then snipe from across the map.
Seriously, I'm up to ~35 hours on this game and am losing interest. If I don't get sniped from across the map, I have to deal with hackers or children. Recently had some guy on a public DICE server yelling at people constantly to get out of his bomber............ Newsflash, it's a public server.
It's pretty easy to avoid getting constantly sniped. I'll get it every so often but once you learn the maps you know where too avoid them to not be getting sniped all the time, or just do some revenge on them.The forest level is probably the best bet. It has to be across all servers. I was in a server by myself st messing around testing stuff and saw like 5 ban messages^The sniping across the map probably isn't cheating, even I can do it because all you need to do is go prone and start shooting from cover and maybe lead the target a little. It's not that hard especially when there are a lot of them.
Also, the FAIRFIGHT bans apparently are broadcast across more than one server -- what I heard, not sure if true.
Yea that's pretty crazy, I did 15-1 in a light tank before. I would say it is possible if your team helps out and you get lucky shots.Saw a guy go 52-1 in a tank last night.
I've actually used the AT tank rocket gun to hit infantry more than tanks. This game doesn't have good anti tank weapons unless you use the mines and dynamite or are lucky enough to use a field gun without getting sniped. The rocket gun isn't that damaging against the bigger tanks but if you can prone in a nice location it will damage the tank, especially if you shoot at the back section.Been getting good at destroying tanks. Screw the AT rocket gun that thing is worthless. AT mines are amazing! Although i usually die after destroying the tank or i die then the tank dies, lol. Gotta get better at being more sneaky.
^Bannings on fire today. I was on for a few hours and my chat box was being flooded with ban notices in big groups. Saw someone going 40-0 and about 30-2 yesterday. Not sure if the person was in a tank or making the cheating less obvious.
Are people that desperate to "dominate" by cheating, and to have the "respect" of kiddies? Obviously, yes.
Keep moving and take any path that has some amount of cover. You have to learn the maps. Also, don't run everywhere. It's not Titan fall or cod. Run only to get from one cover to another and then around corners walk so you can aim when needed. The automatico is a good assault gun with a good fire rate. It was like that in the beginning for me too. It also seems in regular mode it takes forever to take someone down. Thats how I've felt about every BF game but I've stuck with this one a bit and getting better. I know how you feel. I feel like something is seriously wrong with the net code or there are lots of people with....enhanced aim. I'm talking one frame deaths when it takes me a second or two to kill someone normally. Cross the map headshots with no ranging misses. Instakilled by pistols when I have the drop on people with an automatic weapon. Its just bewildering what is going on. It feels like BF4 back when they had the damage stacking into a single packet combined with playing with some serious latency issues for getting shot through cover, etc. Rental servers with real admins can't come soon enough.
This has happened several times to me, using the trench gun. I switched to the automatico and I aim down the sights now and I can get better hits. There are times when if you shoot the body it will seem like it takes longer vs shooting the upper most part of the character. Or it could be just how the net code is.I have noticed this without any doubt. I'm unloading into a guy with a machine gun (admittedly missing a lot though) and he turns and POP I'd dead from a quick burst or couple shots from a pistol. I'm left sitting there thinking wtf is this crap and how do I suck this terribly? I have an idea though. Before drawing any conclusions, I'll work on hitting my target and see what happens from there.
