A long shot but it would be great if they included the DLC for free in this patch. Gamers who did not buy the DLC would have an incentive to play more, also the servers would not be split.

I've played it on vista many times with no problems.

On two different computers, I get kicked out of every server I play on after a bit of time due to punkbuster. It doesn't matter what server this is. So just because it didn't work for you it's wrong? Try locating the bf2.exe, right-click it and go to properties, then set to "run as administrator".

Ah, I've had friends with this problem.

Make sure that PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe are in your Windows\System32 (or SysWOW64) directory. Also, make sure that those two files are on your exception list for Windows Firewall. Finally, run BF2 as Administrator.

Evenbalance has a install/update thing somewhere on their website that re-installs and makes sure that pnkbstra and b are updated/working right. It is a little hard to find on the website though.

Yes, as I said, at least in my case.

I also tried raa, found that tip on youtube of all places. Its grayed out, I cant select it. Not the shortcut, or the .exe in the dir. Ive tried fiddling with setting, not sure why I cant pick it. I am the only account on this PC, so I should have all rights.

All files are where they should be, and allowed by windows firewall. I have nortons installed, but I dont think its the problem.

* Vehicle drops and other commander assets did not release properly.
* US army commander could not see everything on the battlefield including vehicles when connected to a dedicated server.
