Battlefield 2: What are the new rank requirements?

I gained 3 unlocks after 1.03 patch.

Now I have gained a few hundred more points, but the meter that shows how close you are to the next rank isnt moving.

Anyone know how many points you need for each rank with 1.03?

not very much thats for sure...i gained 3 ranks with the patch...

I like it. More playing the game and less worrying about points...

wow looks pretty hard to get first sergeant, pts are almost a moot point, you definitely will have to work on getting the badges.

and it looks pretty hard to get some of them.

i vaguley recall that getting the knife combat medal you need a certain amount of knife kills IAR (i take it that IAR means in a row without a death in between?) that's is frigging hard. i've only gotten 2 knife kills and they're not IAR, i've definitely died a few dozen times in between the kills..

No IAR means "in a round" which is still nuts, and I believe it's 10 knife kills in a round.
