shows $10 but when I get to my cart it shows $39.99?
I got it to work by clicking 'Deals' in the top right first...and then proceeding with the $10 deal
Nice deal, I wish there was some sort of sale on the expansion packs though.
What happened to the EA guy who said that sales devalue IP?
I'm a little confused by this sale. Is there any reason whatsoever that I would want any version of BF:BC2 other than the digital deluxe edition? They are selling that for $10 and then it looks like the 2 things included in there are also $10 each.
One more question - any chance these will activate on Steam (and thus be in my Steam library)?
marketing, advertise $10, get your client to your door, then say $39.. 10% will say ah , who cares and buy it, 90% will say no way, then you tell um ok $10. most call it crooked, EA calls it standard practice. Anybody who allows this.. is called an enabler. You're right - Origin says they're fixing it.

of course it could be a mistake.. I mean EA is competing with With STEAM right now and knows a mistep will make them look bad.. sure they just made a mistake.....
this little story brought to you by the symbol $$$$ that is EA eyes.
So is this just BF3 or the old BF games? Also expansions if you have BF3 already? Origin is EA's "Steam" program.
So I downloaded and installed Origin and bought the game. The problem is, Origin insists on installing it on my SSD which I do not want. Wanting for this not to happen, I installed Origin on my HDD. I installed Steam on my HDD and I've no problems since it installs my games there.
Is there any way to change the directory?
Not home to check, but I think it's something like this:
Go to Settings > General > Downloaded Games (should be an option to choose location at the top right).
