So what is everyone getting with the final version so far? Please remember to state your resolution and detail setting level.

I would have thought that the 11.10 official drivers would be out from AMD given how big this launch is... I guess it'll still be in "preview." Oh well!

- hopefully it plays better than it did during beta! I look forward to doing some killing tomorrow night (and will attach some performance figures)!

Edit: Seems like I'm getting 90FPS on average with everything set as high as it will go (IE: ultra) except for AA defered = off @ 1920x1200. It looks and plays very nice!

I'm getting 46-50fps on ultra setting at 1920x1080 res. on my gtx570, currently using 280.26 drivers.

the new nvidia driver does improve 6% like they say,i'm now averaging 52 fps.

With my system in my sig, I'm running all options on the Ultra setting except I've turned off Deferred MSAA and set Post AA to high. For the most part(70-80% of the time), it runs at 55-70, with some prolonged(when there is a lot of smoke and debris) dips to the 40-50 range and a spike down to 30 very rarely. Actually runs a lot better than I thought it would at these settings. Drivers are the latest 11.10 betas with the newest CAP.

Played a bit tonight with i5-2500@4.2ghz.2x6970 at 1920*1200. Ultra no AA. left me a little bit wanting. I don't know what I'm getting but I know its not liquid gold 60fps lushness. No not for 650$, better bump up to the MarsII at a cool 1400$, maybe then. Uhg. Hard to control in certain spots due to slowdown. Hopefully some tightening of the drivers gives us some help.

Dude, just turn OFF MSAA (set everything else ultra). For the millionth time, Frostbite 2 is a deferred rendering engine.

Taken from the wiki: "One more rather important disadvantage is that, due to separating the lighting stage from the geometric stage, hardware anti-aliasing does not produce correct results any more"

In BF3's case, it blurs the textures and cause a MASSIVE performance hit. DICE have added post AA for both AMD and NV cards to use to remove jagged edges. Use it and enjoy similar quality to 4xMSAA for minimal performance loss.

I think something is wrong on my end. 90fps feels like 20fps.

Are you using multi-gpu ? Because it feels like that for me at times as well. Good framerates but it's not smooth. I've been writing it off to microstutter that isn't really noticeable as such but causing this effect or something to do with SLI.

I would try a single card, but you can't get a high framerate in this game on any single card

FWIW I played the single player with everything on ultra/turned up, except POST AA off, I don't like the effect at all. That AA mode puts a haze over the entire screen. It played pretty well for me @ 2560x1600. In multiplayer I use ultra again but turn off HBAO/SSAO, use 2xMSAA and again no POST AA; this gives me decent frames. Big outdoor maps I see 50-80, indoors 100+.

45-50 fps at 1680x1050 but like one poster said it doesn't feel that smooth at all. Something must be wrong on my end too.

Another thing I've noticed bumping down to high did increase the framerate, but it still felt laggy and jumpy.

single gtx 560 ti here

2560X1600 with everything set to ultra other than shadow quality. 2XMSAA set in game, with 16X AF. I get 55-60fps.

Just did a 10 minute run of 32 player Grand Bazaar:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K @ 4.0ghz
GPU: Powercolor HD Radeon 6950 (with extra shaders unlocked) @ 880/1325
Mobo: MSI P67A-G43
Ram: 8GB G.Skill DDR3-1600

Resolution: 1680x1050

Average graphic settings in BF3: Ultra

Antialiasing deferred: 4x MSAA
Antialiasing post: High
Motion blur: On
Motion blur amount: 50%
Anisotropic filter: 16x
Ambient occlusion: HBAO

Max fps: 82
Min fps: 35
Average: 52.16

Notes: Not one hiccup or any micro-stuttering at all...feels pretty damn smooth to me. Using the 11.10 v3 drivers.

1920x1200 everything maxed out/Ultra

Getting 60FPS

Game runs smooth, but it better run smooth cause it looks just like Beta. NOTHING like the videos EA showed us (not even close)

I agree. Well not on the 60fps thing, but the visuals. Sure its good looking, but its not *fantastic* looking.

Yep, between that and the web Browser BS....I'm pretty frustrated.

I was hoping for new graphic milestone in Gaming. Didn't happen.

1920x1200 with High settings but MSAA off and AA at 1x (I think that was it) and got high 30s to mid 40s on the setup in my signature, was smooth for the 10 minutes I got to play before work.
