Baystack 301 Password Recovery

I have a Baystack 301 switch that has a password that no one knows about. Following the suggestions here, I've reached the point of "converting to a binary file." I don't have the capability and know-how of running the Perl script so I was wondering if there was any way I could get this password pulled from this dump I have. (Note: the password is NOT DEAD1BAD).

Here's the dump from 0bfc60000 to bfc607FF and from 0bfc70000 to bfc707FF:

well.. I got it converted into binary.. can't tell what's password though, not enough clue that this.. and are you sure this is the dump from 2 different locations? it looks like from a same location dumped twice..

Thanks for your help. Here is the raw text of the dump. It could be that with the firmware revision that I have, I might need to dump the whole bios. I'm trying to avoid calling Bay for an RMA as this is a switch that the company I work for threw out.
