Of course. I think I have about 150 pounds of beef short ribs still in the freezer.

And it's only USDA Choice. It's why I love short ribs. Imagine the marbling on something like A5 wagyu.

Korean BBQ. I sliced brisket in addition to the short ribs. Had nice dinner outside on the deck. Grilled the sliced short ribs and brisket on the Weber Smokey Joe and the Weber Go Anywhere grills. No seasoning on the meats. Not even salt. I let the fat drippings and charcoal heat/smoke flavor the meat. Ponzu dipping sauce provided the customized individual table side flavoring.

I buy the boneless short rib at Costco Business Center. I only buy when it's heavily discounted. It's usually around $4 /lb for the expiring meat.
