The general consensus seems to be that the new card will have a faster RAM clock speed (see Rand's reply above). Bumping it up to 533 MHz, for a difference of 67 MHz. Kind of like the diff B/T a GF2GTS and a GF2 Pro, about a 20% diff or so. I highly doubt NV will release the GF3 Ultra or SuperDuper or whatever it's gonna be called (GeForce Wallet-Emptier?) at a lower price than what GF3's are selling for now. Maybe their comment of "at a lower price" is referring to a lower price than the GF3's original MSRP of $2,489.15. JK. You know what I mean. We'll all see soon enough. I'm sure "unofficial rumors" will start leaking out mid-summer.
