As I sit here grilling two 16oz. T-Bone steaks with grilled - baked potatos, I was wonder what you were having!

I can smell the cooking and hear the sizzle from the outside grill as I type this!

What's for dinner?

Tacos. Shredded apple cider pork roast (leftover), colby cheese, parsley & garlic chives from my garden, franks red hot, into corn tortillas and the toaster oven for about 5 minutes. Oh baby.
