ok over winter school break my wife's little sister (16) came to stay with us for the vacation (the house they have in Kentucky does not have heat and is in the middle of nowhere).
we were fine with that. but we were going to go down to Mariam il to see my father. so she was sopposed to go down with us (2 hours from her parents). well her friends decided to throw her a party the night we were leaving. she said she would take a bus down instead (at 45 bucks) if it was ok with us and her mother. i didnt care and it was ok with her mom.
well while down at my parents she decided she was NOT comeing back. ohh man that set off a shit storm.
we get back and she decides she wants to live with us. wich is fine we been trying to figure out a way to get her. we notify there mom and finally she agrees to give us 60 day gaurdianship. since we can't get her in school without it.
she has NOTHING here. just a few sets of clothes. so now we have to get her a bed, clothes etc. her mom won't let us go get them (not to mention its a 12 hour drive). plus we have to get a lawyer..sigh guess i won't be getting any new games, toys or fix up the basement =(
then to top it off we been having issues with the neighbors. they been driving on my property (my property buts up 2ft from the driveway). i have asked them to stop and they just called me a bunch of names. so we called the cop. the cop claims they had a paper that says there property was up against a tree 10 ft in my yard (not a survey but something that had the dimensions of the house on it). so the cop didnt do anything about it.
well we had a survey crew come out and do it (great another $800). the neighbors were yelling at the crew to get off the lawn. they just laughed and steped over and said ok. but it was to cold to put anything in the ground to mark it.
well they were out the other day. i go out this morning and guess what? they had pulled up all the steaks and threw them on my yard.
sigh such fun times. i think im going to run away to mexico.
