Beeping Motherboard

Shuttle AN35N Ultra 400
TBred 1700 @ 2088GHZ
1024MB Corsair PC 2100


I have it overclocked, everytime it is on for a while I get this really high pitched beeping. If I return it to stock speed or just lower clocked settings it goes away. Anyone have any ideas of why or how to get rid of this noise?
