I dunno about that, I remember seeing some kinda legal disclaimer on that page that said it was for your personal use only. It also said you weren't allowed to redistribute them, you could only download them from the bbc.

I stand corrected on the "transmit" and the "post" them part.

Get them from the BBC and they are perfectly legal..
