Okay it's said that enough men are raped in U.S. prisons EVERY YEAR to fill-up 3 baseball stadiums to the rim, where the hell are the guards during this time? Why aren't the rapists isolated, punished or sent to the electric chair? Imagine a middle aged, nice white guy who has to serve 2 month in prison because he tried to manipulate the stocks of his company and gets placed in a cell where they proceed to rape him, is this justice?

This country's a joke. We have more people in prison than anywhere else in the world. That's a special distinction considering the competition. The criminals are the ones running the show....

Well first off the prison the stock manipulator goes is a lot different than a state prison. That nice white guy will have had to have done something a little more violent to be placed with inmates who will rape him under the eye of uncaring guards.

they move from city to town in trucks, killing prisoners on the spot. sometimes, they'll do the silent kill with drugs.

hire Black Water to just help put the misery out of prison cell inmates, since Black Water has access to a large array of explosives?

so tax dollars into Black Water or the prisoners?

by the way, prisoners cost between $20K-$30K/year (housing, food, security, etc.)

Yeah I don't really get the whole death penalty thing in america at all... I think it's probably the fact that America is based on religious beliefs, people think an eye for an eye, no matter what Ghandi says.

There are some countries that don't even have life imprisonment aside from the death penalty. You can go out and murder several people, end up in prison for 5-10'years and be back murdering again in no time. I think Columbia is one of those countries. I may be wrong but it's one of those South American countries

I am not religious at all but i believe in eye for an eye. I just dont think our tax dollars should go to housing murders and rapists. They ae scum of the society and should be put to death. As i said in another thread. Take them to trial. If convicted of a murder/rape they get one year of repeals to be found innocent with some new evidence, but after one year. Bullet to the head. Im sure if such strict laws are established people might think twice about murdering someone. As it is now its 3 square meals and free lodging. Not bad for murder :/

I don't have a moral problem with the death penalty, and on pure terms, I support it. I'm 100&#37; against the way it's practiced by the USA, and humans in general. There's too many people wrongly accused sitting on death row. Some are the whoops, we made a mistake variety, and many are there through pure fraud. Humans don't have what it takes to condemn somebody to death, and they have no business trying.
