Rock on! It nailed me.

100% Conservative Protestant.
which I would have picked out of a list in the first place.

LordMaul, you should come to my house and we can watch CNN and scream at the newscasters. I think that's what Conservative Protestants do.

How can one be Pagan and Jewish?

since i'm neither. i'm actually #25 Seventh day Adventist, but i don't agree w/ most of the SDA believes.

oh well, i'll be happy being a pagan.

<< The resident Born-Again Christian actually got Conservative Protestant. >>

Um...aren't most Born-Again Christains Conservative Protestants?

Personally, I don't think that being a Conservative Protestant is anything to be proud of. But that's just me and my Godless Liberal Protestantism.

It's interesting, shinerburke, that Roman Catholicism and Islam seem to have so many common practices.:Q Anyway, here are my results:

1. Conservative Protestant (100%)
2. Eastern Orthodox (94%)
3. Roman Catholic (94%)
4. Seventh Day Adventist (92%)
5. Orthodox Quaker (88%)
6. Liberal Protestant (64%)
7. Islam (61%)
8. Orthodox Judaism (61%)
9. Hinduism (56%)
10. Latter-day Saint (Mormon) (56%)
11. Jehovah's Witness (49%)
12. Liberal Quaker (41%)
13. Bahá'í (41%)
14. Sikhism (37%)
15. Jainism (33%)
16. Reform Judaism (33%)
17. Unitarian Universalism (31%)
18. Mahayana Buddhism (26%)
19. Theravada Buddhism (26%)
20. Christian Science (Church of Christ, Scientist) (24%)
21. Atheism and Agnosticism (21%)
22. New Thought (18%)
23. Scientology (17%)
24. Neo-Paganism (15%)
25. New Age (15%)
26. Secular Humanism (10%)
27. Taoism (9%)

Conclusion: This test is superficial and emlploys some irritating stereotypes (such as how sins are forgiven), but "Conservative Protestantism" would indeed most likely encompass what I believe and practice.

I suspect the answer is less ambiguous (less likely to receive 3 perfect 100's) if the respondent has taken doctrinal classes for their belief. For example, I had a single 100 for Conservative Protestant. Yet one of my friends got 100 for Conservative Protestant, Islam, and Orthodox Judaism.

What happened?

While me and my friend have quite similar beliefs, I have taken 7 theology classes at the local Bible college over the last 3 and a half years (one 3-hour evening class every semester). The professor holds a Masters of Divinity from Yale, and an undergraduate in philosophy from Azusa Pacific (I think).

So my beliefs were refined, whereas my friend's beliefs were more general. All 3 religions in which he scored 100 are of the theistic worldview. He simply didn't know to articulate his Christianity given the survey questions. I'm saying this from a position of knowing what my friend believes (from conversations), so I'm not imputing to him a specific belief system when he really does have a general theism bent.
