yup me to, i got the F5D7010 and the F5D7230-4 awhile back, surprisingly im still using the F5D7230-4 , now just to find 3 year old receipts!

Found 3 receipts. One from 2004 and 2 from 2005. Two with husband's name, one with mine. Two F5D7010 and one F5D7230-4. I wonder if we can both participate.

Looks like you have 180 days from Apr 27 to file the online form. Then IF the settlement is approved (which won't happen until sometime after Dec 10,2007), some unspecified time after that Belkin will email you a notice and you will have 90 days after THAT to send in your receipts, and sometime after THAT you will get a check.

So, if you can find the receipts, be prepared to keep them for a long time.

I paid $140.00 for a pre-N router about 3 years ago, and $40.00 for a pre-N card. and i have both receipts for warranty purpose, $180.00 dollars will be nice.

just checked both my router and Wireless Pcmcia card are on the list, that means almost $200.00 back for me.

Good deal cause my router just crapped out anyway, and was gonna have to RMA it anyway.

hey, Just noticed that on my receipt from Fry's for the wireless Pre-N Carbus for my laptop they listed (Fry's) the sku wrong. Instead of a F5D8010 its listed as a FD8010. You think that would cause a problem?

I never got my 2 rebates from 2004, although I tried all the usual stuff (BBB, threats, etc.), so this will come in handy. :frown: Belkin does not give a damn about customer service, so this serves them right.

Well I finally received the e-mail for my settlement-refund today ... yes a mere 10 months after this thread was posted! :roll:

Just finished printing out the scans of my receipts & filling out the paperwork but needless to say I won't be holding my breath waiting for my refund checks!

Truth is i love my Belkin Pre-N router and Wireless Pre-N card, but i cant pass up $180.00 refund possibility.

I could really use the money about now.

Yep ... Unfortunately I received a $40 & a $30 rebate on mine too!

I wonder how can they prove you received a rebate or not, after all these years. The rebate places seem to lose any trace of information about your rebates after about 6 months to 1 year... I was actually scammed out of a few rebates on these units, and have been tracking what I submitted/received, wonder if that would be enough for them if they inquire about this...
