I got a package yesterday but it only included the switch I ordered along with the NIC. My order status page says that both items have shipped. I think I'm just going to give up because it's just not worth the frustration. I'd actually tried to cancel this order three times. The first time I called and was told that there was a problem with their system and they couldn't cancel the order. What kind of lousy computer system to they have??! I also sent them an e-mail trying to cancel the order, but they wrote back saying (in a nice way) that they'll be ignoring my e-mail message because they'd received too many of them. A few days later, I checked my order status and it said that it had already shipped. I called a third time to ask them to cancel the order and recall the package. They said the only thing they could do was to have me refuse the package. So I made arrangements to do this. However, by the time the delivery date neared, I'd changed my mind and decided to keep the order. I opened the large box full of peanuts last night and found the switch right away. But I searched and searched and couldn't find a NIC. I think I'll just send them an e-mail saying that the NIC wasn't included. There's no way I'm going to undergo any more phone torture from them [unless another incredible deal pops up. heh heh].
