Here's my score with an intel core i5 760@ 4.1ghz and 1640 ddr 3 with 9-9-9-24-1t timings I get a fps of 169 fps.

Please post your FPS score with all decimal places as shown in handbreak's output files.
Also post the CPU MHz, I have no clue what STOCK is!
Optional: Memory speed and timings (cpu-z style), the OS (Win8, Linux, etc..), version of handbreak used and CPU capabilities (all shown in the output file!).
