Until just now i had never heard the term 'riceboy'. It is a pretty disgusting term in my opinion.

My votes for the BMW

Isn't this 007 guy the same guy with the riced up Accord?

If you're 'really' in the market for a good used car, I'd suggest a nice used Volvo 850 Turbo (95 or later, preferrably an R or T5-R.) These cars are fun drives, and nearly impossible to rice up (though I have seen some valiant efforts!) You can always buy some REAL performance accessories from ipd out of Oregon--they're the Volvo performance specialists. I've bought a few items from them in the past and their stuff really does work.

the benz is too sedated without the frog eyes look. Get the bimmer.

if you plan to get chromed out dubs on that b*tch, then get the benz.

they are pretty cheap actually. Very safe cars, and there are plenty of spares around to fix them up

I mean cheap, like full coverage would be equal to a 2001 jetta gls vr6.

A new one would be over 2x higher due to the expense of repairs.

I've got the '89 benz 300E and use to ride in my friend's '92 3-series.

looks/image:
benz - classy from bumper to bumper / for the old (real) rich
bmw - little less class, little more sport / for the new rich

performance:
benz - good enough, nothing special, handles very well in dry roads... can't say the same in snow
bmw - harder shocks, bit more power:weight ratio (I think), fit for the racer

ride:
benz - pure comfort
bmw - comfortable, but not as good as 300E

upgrading/repairs:
benz - lets not go there... expensive as HELL!!! $15000 for engine upgrade!!! / very well built though, it's only been at the shop once because air conditioning broke.
bmw - still relatively expensive, but much better than benz / still very sturdy car, but I don't think it'll beat the durability of a benz.

to sum it up, it really depends on who you are and how you like to drive...
I'm 21 too and I very much prefer my benz over the bimmer. I often have important meetings where I need to wear a suit so the benz is more fitted for this lifestyle... there are other days where I feel like RACING the day away and I could do that no problem as well. Problem is, if you don't know how to drive the benz, you'll think the acceleration sucks (because it starts in second gear). They do this cuz it's a luxury car and don't want to glue you to the back of your seat. If you get it to 1st gear, you'll be blasting off like CRAZY!
Everything is very durable and will last quite a while. my car just reached 12 years old and top speed could still reach 135mph. not bad for something that's bone stock.

can't say much about the bimmer cuz I've never actually driven it, I know it's a NICE car though!

btw, the Benz 300E is an in-line 6 cylinder. don't think it's a V6

Wow, lots of responses thanks guys

No it's not my car. I wouldn't want a Volvo anyways. I'm not looking for a car that I can race out and all. If I were to buy a Volvo, i'd buy a new S60 or S40. Those are just damn sexy

Thanks for your info According to my specs '92 3.0 6-Cycl (http://www.kbb.com)
Does the Benz seem a bit longer than the BMW (Actually a whole lot longer ) I look at the pictures and they seem really long. I would love a 400E but thats way more in price.

So many are saying BMW here, we will see

BTW, whats VANOS?

Hmm.. 92 is the newer body right?

Cauz I think they change all the body style for the 3 series in 92 except for the "iC"

If it is the new body.. I would go for it. The bimmer in Every way and every angle is more reailalbe, "almost" as well build, and way better than a Benz.
