Best 1 GB RAM for about $100?

I'm building a new PC and I have been looking for the best $100 1 GB RAM for it. I probably want 2x512 MB so I can run them in Dual Channel, but there are many different sets and I'm not sure what to pick. Two of the ones I am looking at are here at Newegg:

Which one of those two is better?

Also, are there any others that you would recommend instead?

damn.... that stuff is cheap!!!
what chips they use? is that cas2 @200mhz? is that how far they go? what about cas3?

if only someone would ship me these to Australia

Yup, mine is running CAS2 at 200MHz. Not sure about how it performs with other settings as I've just built it and haven't started to play yet

If you just want the cheapest, go with the Corsair. If you want a little extra, get the GSkill.

I got 1GB of kingston HyperX dual channel at fry's for 124.99 with a MIR of $20,it's a little over 100 at 105 but it from a major brand
