Best 1080 TI for ~$800

I've search the forums and can't find any specific. I'm looking to purchase a 1080 TI. Primary requirement is quiet, followed by performance and finally keeping the price to about $800. I'll be driving a 3440x1440 monitor with it.

Are there better cards for $800 considering my requirements?

My Gigabyte Aorus GTX180TI Extreme with a Waterblock was $849 from newegg but is incredibly fast. Default base clock is 1607 and boost is 1721 while with OC mode it is 1632/1746!

Of course you need a custom loop.

I game on a PG348Q. Have the Zotac 1080 Ti Amp Extreme. With a 500MHz bump on the memory, card sits at 2025MHz core/ ~12.5GHz mem and is super cool and quite. Check out the Guru3d review. I'm not able to OC beyond the factory core clock though. But I think it is the highest clocked Ti from the factory, maybe second to the Galax 1080 Ti HOF.
