Best 120mm fan?

I need some 120mm fan action for my new PC with two 7800GTX's running in SLI. The Antec P180 already will come with two 120mm fans. What are the best four silent good airflow fans I can buy? I'd rather have them all matching. Money is not an object.

Best idea is to get hi speed fans with a fan controller. That way you can adjust each fan for an airflow/noise ratio that best suits you.

I agree 100% with Ike. I prefer mine on low speed though. High speed creates a buzz, and the with P180, the reason you get that case is because of the sound dampening it has (a little) and that it's a sleek case. I personally found the fans that came with it to be of very high quality, but I understand the reason for getting 2 more, the extra airflow is a must with that kind of rig.

If you have space, I like the panaflo 120x120x38mm fans. They are about 50% thicker than normal 120mm fans so their blades can move more air at a given rpm and thus noise level. They don't look special, don't have rpm monitors and aren't temperature variable, but will obviously still vary if used with a fan controller.

I've heard lots of good stuff about the Panaflo fans. I could careless if they have LEDs on them or whatever (who cares about blue lights people). I will post on the cooling forum though. Thanks for the input.

Nexus 120mm is dead silent and pulls a LOT of air. I only use Nexus now in all my personal rigs. I have their 80mm and 120mm fans in everything including MediaPCs and you can't hear them.

No tach wire but the smoothest(no vibration) fans i have ever held are Sanyo Denki.
They are not sleeve bearing but high quality ball bearing. They don't screem like cheap ball
bearing fans will. Ball bearing fans do not click as*some*sleeve bearing fans*can* when undervolted. Sanyo Denki undervolt very well. The 92x32 i use start/run at 4V.
The same could most likely be said for Papst but i have never experianced any of their fans.

The Delta Triple Blade fans should not be overlooked. I have three models of their 92mm fans. 92x38 in 57 and 79cfm flavors and a 92x25, 41cfm. They all start/run at <4V. Like the high output 120x38 Panaflo(114cfm) the DTB in 79cfm type will not be silent at 7V, there is
a little grumble but can not be heard at 18" in open air(on the bench).

All the Delta Triple Blades have a sensor wire. Their third wire is for real. It's not a dummy wire to fool the unsuspecting. They are ball bearing fans and as such will live a long life.

I would not hesitate to reccomend the low speed Delta Triples in 120x25(50cfm) or the 120x38(75cfm). sidewindercomputers.com or look at epowerhousepc.com

Having a sensor wire is a must for software based fan controll. I use a Sunbeam Rheobus
so a sensor wire is not a must for me.

I got a couple of sunon 120x120x38s, and man they do move air, but their motors are so big that they basically rumble anything they are attached to. I wouldnt recommend them for a computer.
