Best 32" 720p LCD TV?

Just a quick bump, buying next week (finally!) - the 37" Regza still good?

I'm looking for 720p and $800 or less. Also, I need a nice stand to put the Components and the Center Speaker on...any suggestions? Not sure how I'd mount the Center Speaker - under the flat screen? (it's sitting on top of an old RPTV now).

I've had my eye on the Samsung LN32A450, just waiting to pull the trigger. It's at like $680 on amazon.com which seems like a really good price. You don't need 1080p for a 32" TV, 1080p really shine on TVs that are 50" or bigger.
