Everyone seems to have the ipod touch 4th gen 16g for $195. Target has a $40 gift card with purchase.I expected more ipod4 deals, am I missing some online only deal?

I had missed BB had a $50 card. Not as useful as target since I rarely shop BB

Excellent point and I completely agree, my wife and I find Target GC's more useful than BB GC's.

Have you considered buying the iPod Touch from BB and selling the GC?

Would never have thought about selling the GC. I may do that since at this point I bought one at BB to hedge my bet, but did score one in store at target, so I'll likely return one.

Depending on where you live, you can also try selling the GC on Craigslist.org

Have you considered buying the iPod Touch from BB and selling the GC?

Best Buy sells "kindle" gift cards, which are just straight Amazon gift cards. When I found myself with a $20 Best Buy card, I went that route. Since they can't charge sales tax on a gift card, it was effective a straight transformation, no frictional costs, unlike selling a gift card at a discount.
