Well since I'm new to building PC's, I got a case that looked nice but its seem quite poor for cooling. I got this http://www.cooltek.de/en/cubes/coolcube/2/coolcube and wanted to add an CM Evo 212 but that's 120mm and I only have space for an 80mm cooler.
I have a Asus Maximus VI Impact (Mini ITX) motherboard with HyperX FURY Series 8GB (2x 4GB) ram which I'm assuming is low profile? And a Be Quiet Semi Modular 430 ATX PSU.
I would really appreciate the best 80mm cooler, maximum price £35 as it is a budget PC but lower is fine

I'm assuming a lot here as I'm going based off their other cooler's reputations.

Extra-low profile in 92mm single-fan mode
The Noctua NH-L12 can be used with the NF-B9 92mm fan only in order to reduce the overall height to 66mm. This way, the cooler is suitable for many typical µATX or Mini-ITX enclosures and ideal for whisper-quiet HTPC systems.

In some cases it can, but the advantage is usually allowing you to run higher volts with acceptable temperatures.

here is a good cooler

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...242009&cm_re=samual_17-_-35-242-009-_-Product

it lays flat and allows for 120mm fans the exhaust blows upwards right at the atx psu.

small cases like yours the psu should face it's intake fan at the cpu.

so you get

out side the case <<<psu

cpu cooler

I did this with my coolermaster elite 120 case

so the psu intake fan should be sucking air out of the cpu fan i.e. facing the mobo?

And that cooler is abit expensive and apparently doesnt come with a fan so I really need to buy something today

Do not rely on psu fans any more. Most goods PSUs do not spin their fans up until under a large amount of load, and even on heavy load do not create the airflow of a typical exhaust fan.
