strict diet + cardio = only way to get six-pack abs
No way... you NEED to do abdominal exercises, otherwise any skinny freak would have a 6 pack. I've known people with like 5% fat and all you could see was their rib bones, but people with 10% fat with a nice set of abs.
And BTW, situps are the worst exercise. Hard on your back and neck, and they're really not that effective because they use your hips as well. Crunches are the best. ANd you don't need to do 1000 of them either, doing 60 correctly will have better results than doing 1000. In the other thread i gave a link to a book called '3-min Abs'.
