I've watched these and they're all really good in their own way.

Voted Breaking Bad because I think its the best show in recent years but Game of Thrones is pretty epic too especially for those like me who haven't read any of the books.

Also why the lack of love for Mad Men? I personally find it to be a very good show.

The walking dead should have no place on this list that show is just fucking retarded I couldn't even bare to finish season 2 because by like episode 12 I was just asking myself who writes this shit? dumbest bunch of people I've ever seen.

Nope, seen em both, BB is alright, certainly better than most other TV shows out there, I just think it's getting pretty stupid with the story the last season or so.

Breaking Bad is probably the best but I lost track after the first season and haven't caught up. Great show

None. There isn't anything currently on TV that makes me willing to pay for cable since they cancelled Miami Vice and The Unit.

It's actually close between the two of them. And obviously Tyrion is the "good guy" so he's more likeable. But Tywin's smackdown of Joffrey last episode was a thing to behold.

I vote Modern Family since it is 30min and is on standard broadcast TV.

Breaking Bad - Saw the first four or five episodes of this, couldn't get into it, and I find the idea of the protagonists being meth dealers unnerving.
Game of Thrones - Fave show. Season 3 wasn't as good as previous ones but I'm holding out hope. Normally I am not really big on violence but somehow it's more acceptable in a fantasy setting.
Boardwalk Empire - Haven't seen
Mad Men - Saw one episode, hated every character with a passion
The Walking Dead - Finished season 1, haven't gotten around to watching season 2, wife isn't interested because it's zombies
Homeland - Haven't seen
Justified - Haven't seen
Modern Family - Haven't seen
Sherlock - Saw seasons 1 and 2 on Netflix, highly anticipating the third season
Other (Please Specify) - Started watching Continuum but it's been fizzling out. I love the premise and the idea that the good guys aren't all good and the bad guys aren't all bad, but the show itself just hasn't captivated me.

EDIT: Oh and Girls, on HBO! Great show.

I wish there was more sex, I'm angry I've wasted so much time watching all the episodes, and Sherlock or maybe even Luther is the best character on TV(Walter White is better as well).

I voted Game of Thrones. It's one of the big 4 for me. Other three: Babylon 5, Spartacus, and The X-files.

Good list though. Who haven't seen any of them grab a few eps and watch you won't be dissapoint.
