Game of Thrones and it's not even remotely close.
I almost said this, and I'm obsessed with the show. But the writing and acting on Sherlock is so good I went with that.
Game of Thrones and it's not even remotely close.
*Knock knock knock* *Knock knock knock* *Knock knock knock* ... BBT ALL THE WAY!
Games of Thrones is CRAP! Why does everyone love GOT? Seriously it's not even good IMO.
Opsiee. I mean TBBT - The Big Bang Theory. :sneaky:What is BBT?

You meanie!Oh, then I assume you meant to say WORST show on TV. That's a different thread.

You meanie!
Why the hate though? What you dislike about it? :'(

I still need to see Game of Thrones, Homeland, and Boardwalk Empire, but I'm pretty sure it's still Mad Men.
I already put Mad Men well above Breaking Bad and even plenty of shows that I have loved: Sopranos, The Wire, Deadwood, etc...
and not all that close.
Outside of Deadwood, the writing in other shows just doesn't compare to what you have in Mad Men.
Oh, then I assume you meant to say WORST show on TV. That's a different thread.

what the...how is Deadwood so low? Is it because they were saddled with a quick cancellation?
I'm sorry--no way in fuck a show like Lost could ever be put above Deadwood.
Goddamn! Much of Al Swearingens' dialogue was written in Iambic fucking Pentameter! (IFP, for short--often used in critical interpretation of Shakespeare)
This list is full of some asshatery.
I really love Hell on Wheels, I'm sure one of the few people.
Something about old western settings just get me every time. Can't wait for season 3, although the end of season 2 would've been a pretty great end to the series.
Breaking Bad - Saw the first four or five episodes of this, couldn't get into it, and I find the idea of the protagonists being meth dealers unnerving.
Game of Thrones - Fave show. Season 3 wasn't as good as previous ones but I'm holding out hope. Normally I am not really big on violence but somehow it's more acceptable in a fantasy setting.
Boardwalk Empire - Haven't seen
Mad Men - Saw one episode, hated every character with a passion
The Walking Dead - Finished season 1, haven't gotten around to watching season 2, wife isn't interested because it's zombies
Homeland - Haven't seen
Justified - Haven't seen
Modern Family - Haven't seen
Sherlock - Saw seasons 1 and 2 on Netflix, highly anticipating the third season
Other (Please Specify) - Started watching Continuum but it's been fizzling out. I love the premise and the idea that the good guys aren't all good and the bad guys aren't all bad, but the show itself just hasn't captivated me.
EDIT: Oh and Girls, on HBO! Great show.
