I added the Seidio 1750mh battery to my Incredible and I'm very happy with it. The form factor doesn't change, and the battery gain has been very noticeable.

I have been using the Incredible since day one it came out.

Very happy with the phone. Battery life was a problem in the beginning and still is to a small extent but once I turned down the screen brightness things go WAY better!

I will most likely move to the extended battery as well but just waiting to make sure there are no issues with it.

Do I like the touch keyboard ... not really but it does work very well and I have gotten used to it (I have never been a texter so phone keyboards and me are a foreign item).

It has been very nice being to keep up with my appts, contacts, and emails from work out in the real world. It will get an even greater test in Aug when I am gone out of town for a week to an IRS seminar.

I think the Incredible's terrible RF is an issue. My reference is my Milestone vs Nexus One (GSM), but I've heard enoguh complaints on the Incredible's RF to conclude it's just the same design.

I'm loving my Milestone more and more. With 2.1 out for Telus, the Milestone overclock finally unveiled, we're getting there. It's no Droid though with a fully unlocked bootloader and custom ROMs, but honestly, I'm more happy that I ditched the N1 now. I could probably say the same about the Droid vs Incredible. Although Sense is QUITE nice....

Overclock the Droid and it's fast as hell. My Milestone is running at 1ghz and while its not as tuned with 7 slot freq or whatever that Droid users have with their custom roms, 1ghz is far better than the stock 550 which is a joke.
