AS one example that I'll repeatedly say - if you are doing something and receive a text, you have to leave the app your are in to reply to the text. I do not. You honestly believe that shouldn't be core functionality?

I have rooted, developed for, and thrown away more Android phones than most of the Android fanboys. I still have yet to jailbreak my iPhone, because it does everything I require in a phone.
To me, jailbreaking an iPhone comes with 0 features of worth. And the articles you originally linked have laughable reason. "It is getting safer" and "It doesn't void some 3rd party warranties that aren't AppleCare". Yeah, I think I'll stick with my regular iPhone.
