Depends on what you do and funds you want to put in it.
AMD offers the best bang for the buck but intel offer more performance for any buck.

Either get a AM3+ board and a cheap CPU and have the ability to upgrade later.

OR

Get a Z68 board and a 2500k.

another vote. If you don't need the IGP and quicksync then a P67 board would work, but check the prices. They may be similar.

I have a 2500K plus ASRock Z68 Pro3 since I don't plan on getting two graphics cards. Very good for the price.

Intel killing low-end over-clocking has made a hole in the market for AMD. I would say that you should buy AMD if you are spending under $400. You should buy Intel if you are going to spend $600 or more. The middle $401-599 is a toss-up depending on specials.

I would NOT wait for Llano, as the GPU gets weak on the dual-core budget chips. A AMD HD 5570 or better will beat any intergrated graphics for $70, and for another $50 you can have your pick of any of the low-end cards.

Get an AM3+ board, and a cheaper AMD dual or triple core. Buy yourself a nice cheaper cooler, like the Xigmatek Gaia @ $30. People say that Bulldozer should run on AM3+ boards, so start saving your pennies today!

For $350 (USD) you should be able to buy the core of the system ($95 CPU, $30 cooler, $70 GPU, $40 RAM, $110 Mo-Bo). You will still need a case, additional case fan, power supply, hard disk drive, optical disk drive, and operating system. With frugal choices, and using Linux, your total system could cost as little as $470 (+s/h).

The best option is i5-2500K and a P67 mobo. This is roughly under 400$ for incredible performance. Today this combo is unbeatable.

OP is Spain, so US prices and hot deals do not apply.
Nevertheless, i5-2500k + Z68 (or P67) is the performance winner even on the Euro-market.
Likewise, something like an AM3+ with unlockable X2 or X3 seems win in budget/value sector.
