You must be joking.
1) Protein bars, at least every single one I've seen at a store, use cheap ass soy protein. Soy will up your estrogen, which is great... if you're a woman.
2) The sugar and chemicals in these things are disgusting. For many of them, you may as well be eating a candy bar with soy protein added. Fuck. That.
