Question "Best" (but less expensive) X570 board, with 64GB DDR4-3600 and dual PCI-E 4.0 x4 NVMe support? Dual GPUs too.

Currently running an R5 3600 CPU (6C/12T Zen2), in an Asus B450-F ROG STRIX Gaming ATX board. Works pretty well, for the most part. Have 2x 2x8GB TridentZ RGB DDR4-3600 ("for AMD") RAM kits, for a total of 4x8GB. Want the new rig to have 4x16GB, RGB or not. (Or even 2x32GB, if that would play better with the memory controller.)

Specifically, though, I want the ability to run 2x NVMe SSDs, as un-throttled as possible, meaning, both should run at PCI-E 4.0 x4. (I may not go with PCI-E 4.0 drives initially, I'm thinking of 2x 2TB EX950 drives in RAID-0 to start with.)

I also want a board (ATX please), that can run 2x GPUs, with sufficient clearance to get some airflow between them. So, I guess triple-spaced between GPUs?

My B450-F ROG STRIX has a pretty great slot layout, I can use both GPUs, and have a third PCI-E 2.0 x4 slot for a 10GbE-T PCI-E x4 card. Or at least I did, until it burned out. (The card, not the mobo, but then the mobo burned out the 1GbE-T Intel NIC onboard too, a week later. Gremlins/ghosts.)

This may well be my choice, when it becomes available. I may replace all three of my rigs' boards with these, in preparation for moving all of them to Ryzen 3000-series CPUs. (Currently, a couple of them are OG 1600 CPUs.)

2.5GbE-T ethernet built-in! I may be able to sacrifice dual PCI-E 4.0 x4 NVMe slots, for a slower PCI-E 3.0 NVMe secondary slot, as long as I get my 2.5GbE-T included.

And the VRM temps are great! No problems running a 3900X or was it a 3950X, @ 4.3Ghz, 1.4V, for over an hour, with reasonable VRM temps. Just amazing!

Edit: I'm wrong, both NVMe slots are PCI-E 4.0! Very Nice!

That looks decent. $200 is more than I was looking to spend, but ill check it out. Just judging by that review of it, it sounds like the board is feature packed and performs well so....

I wonder when its released.

x570 only has 16 lanes for pcie slots+4 for m.2
putting a full speed gen 4 m.2 on the chipset will nearly throttle every component on it

To answer my own question, looks like the Gigabyte Aorus Elite.


I think that's the Asus X570-P Prime per Buildzoid.

The Asus Prime X570-P is a great but no-frills board. I love the board and would recommend it.

thats bs.. of course you can buy your own, i had vsync gps for a while, i hear 3g in general will be discontinued soon etc so maybe they are just using this as a excuse to burn customers? idk 27 days to find a new gps service. lmk if you find a good DIY device, the biggest problem for me is the simcard plan that will give me enough data with out costing more then the services already available. (redpocket is what i usually use for service and its 60$ a year for 500mb a month with 200 mins 200 txt) maybe there is a better plan with someone else. also wonder if 500mb is enough for a gps tracker.
