Now it's $19.48 on Amazon for every version, digital included. What's the difference between PC Download and PC Instant Access? Is the latter just an Origin key?

PC Download is an Origin key. PC Instant Access is you tie your Amazon account to Origin and they automatically transfer the license to your Origin account because it's tied to the Amazon account.

I think it's a convenience thing. Well, it's clearly convenient to Amazon.
