Best buy Bucks and Gift Certificates with purchase of McDonald's Fries (10/14 - 11/10)

i had some tonight. fries are definitely not as good as i remember. it was just oiled slathered filler paper. but then, thats probably what it always was.

for 4.96, i got a free mcflurry, large fries, and a best buy buck. whoop.

if you redeem your bestbuy bucks online (typing in that long @ss code), can you then take it in to the store for a second round? they dont mkae cashiers type that in, do they?

What about Chick Fil-A french fries / waffles? They are the best!
McDonalds in my area (Indianapolis) have had the Brat, Pork Tenderloin, Chicken Strips (pretty good, but Wendy's new strips are better}, and they recently introduced some gay Adult HappyMeal which includes a Salad, drink, excersise book, and some device that keeps track of how far you have walked (pedometer). Someone already selling the Park Place on ebay, how sad is that. Funny thing is if you go to McD's website only (1) $1million prize is available. I'm guessing Boardwalk is gonna be the hardest to find. Oh yea btw the number of the $1 BestBuy coupon is something like 54 million! Whose picking this tab up? I know everyone wont spend their coupons and some will get thrown away. That's a lot of cups McD's had to label!

I like the new "triple-thick" shakes... they're better than the old shakes... I don't like the new mcnuggets, and the chicken strips are too expensive... IMO Mcdonald's is going down (and have been for a while now), and Wendy's is an all-around better fast food chain. Their fries, IMO, are better... their nuggets are better (even their sweet and sour sauce is better and not that sick greenish color of Mcdonald's sauce)... heck their whole menu is better.

Anyone who actually believe that McNuggets are 100% white meat is deluded and needs to seek help. All you have to does is crack a few open and look at them o know different, 100% bleached white is more like it. As for a McPloyee stealing some boxes lets just say I worked there and it happend alot.

yeah about the only thing I like at McDonalds is breakfast.

and Arbys chicken strips are the best of the fast food chains.

Wendy's is way better, they have the best nuggets and fry's, and the chicken nugets or strips are good too.

how bout this... put your address in the return address section of the SASE, some random person's in the mailing part, and then put no postage on any of the hundreds of SASE's you send in ... wont the USPS send them back to you since they have no postage?

The deluded one is you. We have laws against false/decieving advertising and don't you think someone would love to nail one of the companies that have a huge advertising presence adn budget. Lawyers love to nail deep pocket companies, thus McDonald's could never afford to risk such a mistake.

Based on the last years sales and current sales momentum McDonald's has they can't afford to do something stupid like that to consumers either.


Yes employees do steal game pieces, but don't you think someone is going to ask questions at Best Buy when a guy plunks down $1000+ in best buy bucks (especially if they are in $1 increments). Think about that $1000 large fries in like 25 days? Obviously something is up.


As for the 54 million free best buy bucks I would guess that Best Buy is footing the bill to get the free advertising.

Have you ever eaten one of these things? I'm telling you that they are not all white meat, you will not convince me otherwise. When I worked for them even managment laughed at the claim that they were all white meat. Define white meat anyway, hell the whole damn chicken could be considered off-white really. As far as some mcdonalds employee plunking down $1000 worth of best buy bucks, well that's their stupidity I'm just telling you that game pieces tended to dissapear when I worked there years ago.
