Hey I preordered vice city a week ago or so. Now in the weekly store ad they are giving a $10 gift coupon if you buy the game. I wonder if I can go back to BB and get them to give me that $10 coupon.

Quite dissapointing for a large company like BB to have such a crappy Ad system.

If you are using zone alarm pro or a pop-up blocker, the ad will not work... just a heads up.

welcome, oohowieoo, I've been lurking for months myself. Imho,

* u luv BB: In the hot deals world, u will see that BB policy, consistently anemic sales, staff's poor knowledge, (lack of) consumer friendliness, etc. put them near the bottom of almost any list.

* 17" Mag @ $250: could be great deal, depending on model, so congrats may be in order.

* extended warranty: never pay for this! Peace-of-mind should come with the purchase price.

oohowieoo has a point, I remeber when my brother got an RCA Lyra when they first came out and got the extended warranty and then one or two year later the headphone jack became iffy and he ended up with a much better mp3 player.

if so i gotta pick one of them up
how does it compare to a TI4200 3.3 128mb?

If you have a 4200, keep it. The 4200 does better then the 5200.

yes i really got it. my friend got turned down later, since they called best buy.


he went to the one i got turned down at and got a different more disgruntled looking csr and got it though.

It's definitely your end, Wozster... cause I had no problems using their AD system ever as far as I can remember (meaning well over at least a year). Check out Pezman's suggestion about the PopUp Killer/ZoneAlarm...
