I thought that I read that those reward points were for signing up for the reward program, and a possible 10,000, made up of two 5,000 point offers.

One bonus per membership. Maximum bonus per membership is 10,000 points. Cash register transaction must include $25 or more in eligible purchases. Eligible purchase amount excludes taxes. Valid in store only.

So nothing about being for new signups.

Just a bump for those that are going to spend $25.00 at Best Buy anyway, this is like free money! I always spend more than $25.00 at best buy...every time I walk in the store .

Remember, Saturday before 10 AM for the most bonus points!

It used to be you'd get a $5 certificate for every 10,000 points, but then they changed it to 15,000, based on "customer feedback". I'm pretty sure they never asked me if I thought it would be cool to make it even harder to earn certificates, so I'd love to take a look at their "research".

It's almost $5.00 . But since I shop there anyway, they do come in handy, and it's still free money. It takes 15,000 points to get 5 bucks.

It would normally take a purchase of 100 bucks to get 10,000 points.

I just logged in my RZ account and they said it's 100 bonus points before 10am and since it takes 250 to get a $5 certificate, I don't see it worth a special trip. Of course I might just be there anyways!
